How to increase your vertical jump



How to boost your vertical jump (AIR ALERT)
Now you can all increase your vertical jumping skill, i know ever since you have started playing basketball or watched some of the players jump high and making a dunk. so did i though , i am a school team senior player, ever since i have been playing basketball, my dream was to jump up and make a dunk,. and believe me i am now too close for a dunk, i am just 5.7feet, and actually this works, i myself have been doing this for 2 weeks, and believe me my jump has increased about 5-6 inches, i cant believe it, no cost, no medicine , just proper exercising, let me help you out and show you---- :-)

This is a 4 month workout schedule ,
AND IT STARTS BY--

PRECAUTIONS
IF you face any kind of strange pain, except muscle pain in the legs, Please consult a Physician, or Simply can consult me,
most common facing pain is pain in the knee caps,, please tell me if you face it,, i have a solution......DONT NEGLECT ANY PAIN, IT MIGHT BE HARMFULL......

WARM UP
do a proper warm up before starting, stretching is including in this part, and a small sprint of about 100m ,
play basketball daily,, if will let your body know the reason of AIR ALERT...



LEAP UPS


leap ups are something that brings strength to your thigh's ,bend down till your thigh's come parallel to the ground, and then burst up in the air, land again in the same position a jump again, jump on your tow's, do as much as times given by the chart down the page,,

CALF RAISES 


this bring toughness in your calf , do it on one foot, while the other foot should be in air lending more weight on you working calf, do it as much times asked by the chart,

STEP UPS

step ups is the best and hardest part of the workout, it is most preferable , and skipping this means nothing done,

THRUST UPS


thrust ups are also very useful, they let you jump and make your body feel the power of this workout,  thrust ups are simply high jumps,

BURNOUTS


this is a fun part to do, just jump on your tows, rapidly ,

SQUAT HOPS

this is a bit complicated part, and should only be done on wednesdays , you will require a ball with you for this one, just jump in squat position making thigh's parallel to ground and jump as much as times given in chart and burst up in the final jump,

COOL DOWN
properly cool down by stretching and stuff,

  There is a Advanced version of AIR ALERT,, 
My experience says that only 1 out of every 100 can FINISH this part(the above one),, Advanced is a EXTREME level thing..
But for dedicated players,, i will take the pleasure to post the Advanced level,, please let me know when done with this part,,
